Welcome to Southend Bupa Health Centre Our centre is centrally located on Clarence Road, adjacent to Southend Central train station. While on-site parking is limited, there are nearby alternatives. Please note that the centre is based in a converted older-style property, with a few steps to access the building and no ramp access. We offer physiotherapy and musculoskeletal services in this central location.
