Affordable Care
We offer very competitive prices for fluoroscopic x-ray and ultrasound guided injections, including prolotherapy, platelet rich plasma (PRP), autologous blood , epidurals and hyaluronic acid injections. Our service represents great value as private hospitals can charge two to three times as much.
Our initial consultations for physiotherapy, osteopathy and chiropractic are 45 minutes. Follow ups are 30 minutes.
We have late cancellation and non-attendance fees, so please give us plenty of notice if you need to reschedule or if you are unable to attend your appointment.
Self-pay (non-insured) consultation, follow up, treatment and procedure costs
Please find below information on costs and injection treatments which may be offered for painful musculoskeletal conditions or sports injuries. We accept both insured and self paying patients. If you have private health insurance, it is important that you contact your insurance company prior to your appointment to confirm that you are covered.

PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) +/- imaging:
£540 per treatment – £920 for 2 areas (usually 3 treatments required)
Non-Spinal Injections (with imaging):
£540 (with ultrasound or x-ray guidance)
Spinal injections (with or without imaging):
£810 (with or without ultrasound or x-ray guidance)
Dynamic or fluoroscopic x ray is available at some of our clinics: Milton Keynes, Oxford, Guildford, Fareham, Croydon.
Hyaluronic Acid Joint injection 1 joint:
£650 per treatment (course of 3 treatments required)
Hyaluronic Acid Joint injection 2 joints:
£860 per treatment (course of 3 treatments required)
Radiofrequency Denervation :
£970 – £1190
Multiple areas / levels of procedure will occur an additional charge
Shockwave:
Physiotherapy shockwave self-pay: £100 per treatment (3 treatments required)
Consultant shockwave self-pay: £250 per treatment (3 treatments required)
