Mark Stephenson

Mark is Centre Manager at Blackberry Clinic Milton Keynes. He started as a Health Advisor and Centre Manager at Ringwood . He served for 22 years as a Royal Marines Commando, specialising toward the end of his career in intelligence and information gathering. This sparked his interest in human behaviour. In 2016 Mark studied nutrition after realising military veterans, like many elite athletes, gain weight and develop preventable health conditions when they retire. Mark sees weight management as intrinsic to good mental health and physical wellbeing.

Mark is a self confessed adrenaline junkie and loves hearing about other people’s passions and interests!
