This year’s British Association of Sport and Exercise Medicine Conference in Glasgow was well attended and full of the county’s leading experts in Sport & Exercise Medicine and Musculoskeletal Medicine.
The BASEM Conference was an inspiring event, attended by several current Blackberry Clinic Doctors – Simon Petrides, Tom Saw, Jeff Foster and Steve Thompson. They were delighted to meet up with former Blackberry Clinic Doctors Chris Speers, John Tanner and Philip Bell.
Dr Chris Speers gave a very thought provoking lecture, presenting his research into establishing a strategy to improve exercise and mobility for inpatients in the Oxford NHS hospitals. Dr John Tanner was judging the poster presentations for the British Institute of Musculoskeletal Medicine award in Musculoskeletal topics.
Oliver Petrides, Blackberry Clinic Business Development Manager, was on the look out for prospective new Blackberry Clinic consultants of the future and was interested to see the latest products available on the trade stands.
Most of the delegates couldn’t miss the banners situated around the trade area which informed them of the employment opportunities available at Blackberry Clinics for Sport & Exercise Medicine specialists and Pain Management Consultants.
