You asked and we listened!
We have experienced a number of new patients requesting longer appointment times to discuss their condition with their therapist. We agree that it would be beneficial for many people particularly if the condition is complex such as chronic or acute back pain, frozen shoulder, neck pain, severe ankle or joint sprains etc.
We like to listen to you so we have added an extended consultation option of 45 minutes to ensure that patients can choose more time with their therapist for examination and evaluation of their condition.
We highly recommend that all new patients or patients with new conditions take the extended appointment option for an optimum experience. We feel that this will ensure total patient satisfaction.
However, we also appreciate that some issues are relatively straightforward and that a half hour consultation will be adequate to examine and evaluate. For this reason we have kept the option of the short consultation which is 30 minutes only.
