Dr Simon Petrides is pleased to have been invited to present a lecture at the inaugural National Conference held by the newly formed Royal College of
Podiatry at the ACC Convention Centre in Liverpool.
The conference is from the 18 th to 20 th November and Dr Petrides is lecturing on the use of
prolotherapy in treatment of musculoskeletal disorders of the lower limb.
The focus is on treatment of knee
arthritis,
ankle sprains and instability along with
plantar fasciitis and other chronic disorders of the foot and ankle.
The use of prolotherapy is becoming more widespread and practitioners such as podiatrists can learn to use the modality to help their patients with lower limb pains which present to them on a daily basis.
Dr Petrides is also presenting at the 9 th annual conference on Podiatric Sports Medicine run by the Royal College of Podiatry in association with
BASEM
( The British Association of Sport and Exercise Medicine) and organised by Aesculap Academia on December 2-3 2021 at the Hallam conference Centre in London.
