We appreciate all the support and loyalty our patients have shown us over the last year during the Covid-19 pandemic and would like to thank you again for this.
At Blackberry Clinic we have, like many other healthcare providers, worked hard to review and assess our service to keep our premises Covid Secure and safe for our patients and staff.
In order to achieve this, we provide PPE for all our staff and patients and have enhanced cleaning products and cleaning services, hand sanitiser and thermometers. We have invested in equipment to set up the facility for remote consultations.
The finance team have been trying very hard to incorporate all these additional costs into our business, but it is inevitable that Blackberry Clinic Group has been impacted by the expense.
We are very pleased to announce that we have recently introduced lateral flow testing for our patient facing staff, twice a week, as an additional safety measure.
However, this has proved to be very expensive and we hope you understand that, in order to offset this additional expense, we have taken the difficult decision to increase our physio, osteopathy and chiropractic appointment prices by £5.
An initial consultation and follow up will cost £53 from 15/02/21.
