Olivia Munelly

portrait-olivia-munellyOlivia has been in full time practice at the Blackberry Orthopaedic Clinic since graduating from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine. She is accredited by the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC), General Council and Register of Naturopaths (GCRN) and is a member of the British Osteopathic Association. She holds Bupa and PPP recognition and avidly pursues continuous professional development.

“I was originally introduced to osteopathy following a number of falls while horse-riding, leading to some lower back problems. As the medical professionals could not provide any relief, I finally sought help from an osteopath. Following only a few sessions, she not only relieved my symptoms but also ignited my interest in the profession.”

Olivia treats people of all ages with conditions ranging from general aches to occupational strains and sports related injuries (in particular running). She practices traditional osteopathy, incorporating dry needling techniques and naturopathic skills when appropriate. She has a special interest in cranial osteopathy. Her work ethic is to provide rapid symptom relief and prevent recurrence. This incorporates taking a comprehensive case history for each individual, understanding lifestyle habits and advising useful and sensible changes.

Olivia maintains her own fitness by running, walking and cycling, maintaining core strength with Pilates and yoga.
