CIRCUIT CLASSES: are designed for people
of all shapes, sizes and levels of fitness who
want to get fitter and feel better.
Using different stations in the studio the aim
of this class is to increase your Cardio-Vascular
fitness whilst also improving your general strength
and tone. Anything goes in Studio Circuit. You
name it we've got it!
The program includes:
- 5 minute gentle warm-up
- 40 minute circuit
- 10 minutes of strength and flexibility exercises
A unique opportunity to learn how to make weight
training fun, easy and effective. Come and experience
this innovation for group exercise when the weight
room comes to the studio to produce a great new
workout suitable for beginners and advanced trainers
alike.
Circuit classes are on a Wednesday evening at
19.00 - 20.00
